New mobile Lock Screen #JamesBond what an amazing book so far, more like a Thomas Harris serial killer thriller for the first half, now the second half is going into more familiar Roger Moore style Bond territory, if it keeps up it may be my new favourite John Gardner book….

Reading the fifth John Gardner Bond book “Nobody Lives Forever” and apart from the assassination attempt by mutated vampire bat (I kid you not 🤣) it has a very Dalton/Craig feel - for the first time in the Gardner run I’m not “seeing” Sir Rog as #JamesBond

Happy Birthday to Ian Fleming. An influence on me in my (very young) youth and who is still a major figure in my life. I'm still pinching myself that his heirs and estate entrusted me to play in his sandbox first in the 1990s and once again today. In many ways I wrote THE HOOK AND THE EYE for him.
