Breaking news: A federal judge is giving Florida 60 days to clear out the immigrant detention facility called Alligator Alcatraz. The ruling forbids state officials from moving any other migrants there.

BREAKING: A federal court declined to issue a preliminary injunction against the National Endowment for the Arts despite saying the NEA likely violated the First Amendment for blocking funding for projects that promote "gender ideology."

Major alert: Montana may be about to pass a major anti-trans bill that charges parents with felony endangerment of a child if their child is on trans youth care.

It would apply to parents just passing through the state, visiting.

Would be the first law of its kind to pass anywhere.

He then called for swift punishment of "abuse," with transgender care being his main example.

This is the latest escalation in attacks on trans youth.
