I think people are thinking “Military Service” instead of “National Service”.

Makes sense to me. Demand is waaaay down. Most people don’t want paper bills and sign up for electronic bills. Also saves a ton of paper which is good for the environment.

Watching what PM Mark Carney does is like a page turner. A book you can’t put down.
