The partisan divide has grown, too. The wealthiest 100 tended to give more to Republicans than to Democrats before last year. But giving to the GOP spiked in 2024, with *84%* of donations going to back Republicans or conservative PACs.

3/3 But wait, there's more! Because the article has three numbers: 166,000 kids; 39,000 on 2+ meds; and 4,400 on exactly 4 meds. But the graph... shows 4,400 (2.6%) on 4 *or more* meds. The area of the graph depicts only 1.7% on exactly 4 meds.

2/3 so then you would interpret the figure like this, with the entire area of the quarter circle representing those on 2+ meds, but the area of the outer arc showing only those on *exactly 2* meds. This is contrary to what one might expect from the original label.

Another example is Fairbanks Alaska, which last month elected a Democratic mayor even though it voted Trump 51-44 in 2020. (Aurora voted for Biden 64-33.)

Looking at all available precincts in Hudson County, Sherrill support is higher in the most-densely Hispanic turf & tracks closely with '21. Turnout is *higher* than '21 across the county-- and even more so in the most Hispanic precincts.
