A Manchester City fan and Deist with left leaning views that most align with the Nordic model. Undiagnosed associative prosopagnosia. 🤦🏾
The 5 free transfers should be more than enough for most people

Nah, I'm not a fan. She's not a real fighter as she first campaigned to be.
She tends to put up shows to be more famous or when it's more convenient to do the right thing.

If she simply said that Israel has the right to exist, then that's not Zionism.
However, if she said that Israel has the right to exist as a Jewish State, then that's Zionism.

I agree that she shouldn't have voted for that bill.

That's not evidence of Zionism.
She is simply playing politics which I'm not a fan of.
She should've at least anchored that statement by saying that they should exist but not at the expense of Palestine. Maybe there is more to what she said than what's in that image.

That doesn't make her a Zionist. She is just a coward in the face of perceived danger to her personal safety.
My theory is that she knows the power that Israel wields and doesn't want to be at their crosshairs. It's either that or she feels that her constituents are mostly pro Israel.

Why do you say AOC is a Zionist?
November 24, 2025 at 8:03 PM
You're right. Mamdani's opponents were damaged heading into the race.
Instead of withdrawing, Osse should keep his name on the ballot to provide voters with options.
November 24, 2025 at 7:57 PM
Zohran was at 1 percent at the start of the race against Cuomo. DSA endorsed him when the "odds wasn't worth the fight". So, let's rule that out.
If Osse had skeletons, they would've talked to him privately and have him step aside. I doubt that's the case.

Why not just abandon it altogether?
Well, it's super fun to use. I've never seen anything like it.
The closest thing to it is Arc Search Browser but Comet does much more.
I wouldn't advise that anyone use it unless they know the security and privacy risks and how to avoid them.

They will refuse to endorse any challenger to Jefferies.
They don't want it to be perceived as if there is a serious immediate war between progressives and corporate Democrats. That might make things tough for Mamdani, AOC, etc.
Better do it slowly than all at once. I believe that's their rationale

Since Trump is arguing that there is a skills shortage, then he should sign such a bill into law when it gets to him.
My guess is that our corporate controlled politicians won't even back such a bill and even if they did, our corporate friendly President wouldn't sign it.
November 19, 2025 at 6:52 AM
Not everyone but I believe a lot of Democratic voters know about the corrupting influence of corporate money.
That's why I said that we need more progressives running for office on the premise that they don't take corporate money.
Sadly, they might not win on the first few attempts.
November 13, 2025 at 7:06 PM
The same way we have an AOC, Ilhan Omar, Mamdani, etc., they should follow that play book and let the people know what differentiates them from corporate Democrats. That distinction is important.
People are itching to back candidates who aren't corrupt.

This is why some people have to suffer in the short term for the long term benefit of everybody.
Putting up a fight isn't rosy, that's why it's called a fight! If you cave at the immediate sight of suffering, the devil will alleviate that immediate hunger but will take your soul.
November 12, 2025 at 12:23 AM
This time, they picked those who aren't up for re-election. They'll also run candidates to replace those people, and they will most likely win. They've got a well of people to play the villain.

How to ensure this doesn't keep happening?
Only vote for those who don't take corporate money!
