I was looking for a place to go after classes today! Stoked to have caught this in time!

Im just wondering what other aspects of archaeology could be simulated, whether its excavation or not. Good luck! Im glad people are asking these questions!!

Totally! And my school doesnt have its own field school, so its largely slim pickings, but even if its simulated! Im out in chicago, and my mapping/survey class is using parks and different spaces on campus to use, and we're using stuff like total stations, data collectors, making maps, its great!

I love those classes dont get me wrong, but Im needing concrete experience and need to get my hands dirty to learn this before I start applying for jobs.

I dont have a degree yet, but im studying for one! So far my school is very limited in hands on experience. Im taking a class right now thats mapping and surveying that is doing this, but most of my classes are cultural archaeology exploration or theory.
