What do you use for cleanup? More and more, I use the linework from RA as final. I made a couple brushes out of scans of tech pen. Brush format for RA is just a png.

You're going to love it mariano! Works on desktop too. Animating in Adobe apps make my old ass laptop's battery die so fast. I can animate in Rough Animator at a coffee shop with no outlets, seemingly forever.

Each of your frames is saved as a transparent png. That means no need to export. Just delete the .ra from the project filename, double-click and you'll see one folder named after each of your layers, each one containing a png sequence. Import those seq's directly into AE for compositing.
