Register via Zoom link Meet the Panelists: Dr. Jordan Harp completed his PhD and postdoctoral fellowship in at the University of Kentucky, specializing in clinical neuropsychology. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 sons, reading, exploring the Lexington area, and maintaining interests in the history of popular music, language, math, and current trends in literature and cultural criticism. Dr. Mary Godfrey is a clinical neuropsychologist at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore, MD. She received her doctorate in neuropsychology at Drexel University, where she began her research on the neuropsychological profile associated with Down syndrome. In her current role, she continues to pursue this research and she specializes in providing neuropsychological services for children and young adults with Down Syndrome. Margaret Pulsifer, PhD is the director of Lifespan Clinical Services as well as the director of the Lifespan Postdoctoral Fellowship at the Psychological Assessment Center at the Massachusetts General Hospital. She is an associate professor in psychology in the department of psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. She is currently a co-investigator on multiple NIH-funded multi-site research projects examining the relationship between aspects of cognitive functioning and behavior for children, young adults, and adults with DS and co-morbid conditions. She served as a non-paid Board Member of the Massachusetts Down Syndrome Congress (MDSC) for the past 12 years and recently became a non-paid member of the MDSC Medical and Scientific Advisory Council.

Membership Officer Moyosoreoluwa (Moyo) Jacobs, MA (pictured) Term: 2024 -2026 Moyo Jacobs is currently a 3rd year doctoral student at Wayne State University’s Clinical Psychology program. She completed her BA in psychology at West Virginia University with minors in sociology and communication studies. Moyo’s research interests lie within subjective cognitive decline and cognitive changes in older adults with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. She is conducting research on the Study of Latinos-Investigation of Neurocognitive Aging (SOL-INCA) data. Clinically, Moyo is interested in conducting neuropsychological assessments with adults with neurological/neurodegenerative diseases. She is beginning her external practicum at Corewell Health/Beaumont Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. Liaison Officer Giselle Carollo-DuPrey, BA (pictured) Term: 2024 -2026 Giselle Carollo-DuPrey is a doctoral candidate in the Clinical Psychology Psy.D. program at California Lutheran University, specializing in Neuropsychology. Her clinical interests include adult and geriatric neuropsychology, rehabilitation psychology, assessment and support of individuals with disabilities, and neurodegenerative diseases. Her research interests include addiction, language and the brain, brain health, psychosocial adjustment in disability, and the mental health of caregivers. In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time with her dogs, and exploring healthy dining and different cuisines. Neurotechnology Officer Rini Kaplan, MS (pictures) Term: 2024 - 2026 Rini Kaplan is a doctoral candidate at Boston University’s Clinical Psychology Ph.D. program and a predoctoral fellow at UC San Diego Health. Her research interests involve incorporating technology into neuropsychology research and clinical practice to better understanding cognition and human behavior in everyday life. She also has an interest in ethics, in particularly neuroethics, and previously served on SCN PIAC Ethics Subcommittee as a student representative. Her clinical interests are in general adult neuropsychology and neurodegenerative disorders. Programming Officer Hannah Hagy, PhD Term: 2024-2026 Hannah Hagy is a neuropsych postdoctoral fellow at Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital. She completed her BS in Psychology at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill, her MA and PhD at Loyola University Chicago, and her predoctoral neuropsychology internship at the University of Chicago Medicine Psychology Internship Training Program. Her research interests include exploring behavioral and psychological factors that promote optimal cognitive aging, specifically during hormonal transitions (e.g., menarche, menopause). Additionally, she is interested in cognitive outcomes of neurosurgical interventions. Hannah’s clinical interests include geriatric and adult assessment of neurodegenerative disease and neurological conditions, as well as exploring neurosurgical postoperative cognitive outcomes. ANST is the trainee organization of The Society for Clinical Neuropsychology (SCN), Division 40 of APA&the largest neuropsychology trainee organization in North America. ANST is a subcommittee of SCN’s Education Advisory Committee (EAC). The purpose of ANST is to provide information, support, & access to resources for trainees in clinical neuropsych, which include undergraduate students with a budding interest in neuropsych, graduate students, predoctoral interns, and postdoctoral trainees. ANST is a subcommittee of SCN’s Education Advisory Committee (EAC). The U.S. federal government's hostility toward Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives has led to the cancellation of numerous training programs' planned DEI didactics. This disruption poses a significant harm to the training of future neuropsychologists. Education on diverse human experiences is essential for developing competent clinicians and researchers. It is our ethical obligation (Principle E) as psychologists to be "aware of and respect cultural, individual, and role differences and consider these factors when working with members of such groups". Without education about these groups, then we will fall short of our ethical obligation, and systemic inequalities (e.g., in psychological treatment and research) will likely persist. At ANST, we remain committed to supporting trainees in clinical neuropsychology by providing information, support, and access to resources for trainees in clinical neuropsychology. In no uncertain terms, ANST supports access to instruction and resources on the intersection of neuropsychology and DEI. We have compiled a spreadsheet listing 60 freely available didactics created by organizations who strive to include education about diversity, equity, and inclusion in neuropsychology among their collection of didactics.
