Those EO’s trump rescinded seem to be mostly related to DEI and climate/environ. Let’s be clear: tribal issues are not DEI issues, they are sovereignty issues. This represents trump 2.0’s first strike against tribal sovereignty.

Here’s my formal introduction. I’m an American Indian educator, writer, activist. I teach in American Indian studies in California and specialize in environmental justice discourse, theory, and policy. I wrote a fairly popular book on the topic. I also do critical sports studies, esp surfing.
