Everything I know about life, I learned from video rental stores. (He/him)
I'll probably be feeding a baby in the dark when it hits, so I'll just wish everyone a happy hogmanay now. Hope the new year brings the best.

(Don't forget to leave a glass of whisky out for Jools Holland and a wee haggis roll for Jackie Bird.)

Watching #Vigil and has Dougray Scott ever played a role in which he didn't use the Dougray Scott voice?

Just read a review for Alex Garland's #Men which says it was set around Edinburgh...?

It's the most English village imaginable, where Rory Kinnear plays every man and practically each one speaks in a West Midlands accents. It's also described as being a 4 hour drive from London.

It's years since I last read it, but very exciting to be getting an adaptation of Lindqvist's Handling the Undead now, especially with some of the talent involved. Can't wait!

Recently explained to Gen Z colleagues that when I was in high school you’d pick a CD in the morning and that was what you listened to all day.

One of them replied, Jesus Christ how old are you?
Thinking about my Gen Z colleague who was pitching ideas for the office Xmas party and when she got to the 90s theme said, this one is for the olds.

For a kids' Pixar film, Cars 2 really does feature a remarkably high number of firearms.

I'd like to thank #LokiS2 for letting me know that for 20-odd years, I've been pronouncing Ouroboros slightly incorrectly.

Tory reshuffles make me nervous, because they remind me of that bit in the game when you finally defeat Hades for the first time and then he just goes, "Nope" and gets all his health back and starts firing lasers everywhere.

Pretty much the best episode of Black Mirror (The Entire History of You) explained with terrifying precision why this is an absolutely horrific idea.
This isn’t how any of this works. Not sure if this could be more wrong. www.thetimes.co.uk/article/the-...

Suella's been sacked, but it's for optics. The Tories don't actually disagree with her rhetoric.

Remember that, come election time.

It's remarkably easy to influence me, which is why I've watched 4 Hell House LLC movies recently.

(The first and fourth are actually decent.)
