This happens all the time in animation. Sometimes off model or animation goofs were caused by the animators not given enough time to look over it and/or fix it. Or they had to reuse cels because of the timeframes.
This is why people in Magic School Bus sometimes changed places in the bus.

I remember the time I was a mod on a gaming forum.
Everyone sucked up to the mods cause they were mods and they wouldn't ban you or give you ban strikes if they liked you. Well I wasn't like that... And was demoted cause people kept complaining I enforced the rules. 🙄

I actually imagined an original character, but if I were to rewrite this it probably could be.
