I did a goofy edit of a PvZ comic image tonight and I was compelled to post it by multiple reliable sources. You cannot deny the truth of the ferret stink.

they went to the torii that makes you old (cmm for @grandiose252.bsky.social !)
An anthropomorphic Christmas Bori (an armadillo Neopet) and an anthropomorphic feline walk alongside eachother in a bamboo forest towards a torii gate. the top of the gate is adorned with a gold figurehead of some kind of spirit. the image has a hazy, humid quality to it, and the background is lineless. The Bori and the feline are pulled into a dark purple dimension upon walking through the torii gate, which can be seen behind them deforming with magic. a beam of golden light radiates from it, and the two characters are bathed in it, changing from it's influence. the bori turns into some kind of fox, while the cat begins to melt into water. out the other side of the torii gate, faint remnants of golden magic can be seen. our original two subjects have been replaced by shirano from world flipper and a little water spirit fox that swirls playfully around the old woman. she is bent forward with her hand on her lower back to play up her age. discarded clothes can be seen behind her- the last remnants of our previous duo.
