By both, the good would be rushing to get an idea in as soon as they open/get super hyped while working with them every single time, and I guess bad might be like really, really liking their art but waiting an egregious amount of time for it.

Like they don't have to be pinned or anything, but no one wants to ask for prices straight off the bat. It's better for people to know if they can afford something before wasting your time. (Don't mind me, just saw awesome artists who did comms, but you had to fill out only a contact form.)
