Physicians and PTs acknowledging persistent pain means acknowledging their low success rates even with their fittest and most motivated patients.

That blows. If I have any pathology, my pain predates it by 25 years
I had tremendous, but unsustainable, success with online psychological resources. Couldn't find a pain shrink in NYC even if I paid out of pocket. Options have improved, but I'm outside the window where these strategies would work
