There will be planned highway works in Brampton Road (between West Heath Road and A206, Woolwich Road) during Nov 2025.
Work will include the installation of a new drainage channel, carriageway resurfacing and tree maintenance works. @Royal_Greenwich

Today we said Farewell to John O’Rourke, a prominent member of our Abbey Wood community. John died in Sept after a long illness. He was Chair of the RBL branch, set up the Memorial Garden, bus driver, union rep and great man. May he RIP. @Royal_Greenwich @abenaopp

The Council has made an order for a road closure OPPOSITE 142 FELIXSTOWE ROAD. This is to faclitate repairing a gas escape. The Order is from 1st until 10th September 2025. Diversions will be in place. @Royal_Greenwich

RB Greenwich has made an emergency order to close the Abbey Wood Road at the Junction of Chancelot Road to allow Thames Water to repack a valve.
The Order has come into force on 20th August. The works are expected to take up until the 27th August 2025.
