The loop around the quarry and the path to the overlook should be ok. I think the path down to the coast would also be ok but the coast itself is rocks and not good for you.

I love Halibut Point! It's really special - from the walk around the quarry to the rocky coastline. Definitely add it to your list of places to visit.
