I just miss feeling strong and I want to be able to bench as much as I did in college again. the weight lost along the way is a benefit (but lbr I also want to be hot xc)

all that plus upping protein intake via better food and also shakes now.

I'm happy with my progress and consistency has been one of my strong points so I'm not too worried about counting calories or macros.

realistically speaking, I don't even need to lose *that* much weight.

I also go to spin at least 1x a week and pilates 2x a week! I want to get in exercise up to 6 days a week, mostly because I am bored but I need to figure out a hair wash cadence lol

it's honestly crazy how much I always want to go now, rather than seeing it as punishment or a chore.

i was a bit worried after the week 1 debacle wrt how things would play out this tier for me, but overall ... it ended up being a net positive :3 happy with how things ended up. onward to whatever's next!!

we obviously are not a real sweat speed team with lb cheese and what not, so these results are basically just from pushing ourselves to play as best as possible within the time we had

it's still early in the tier but this is basically end of season for us, very impressed with this team. went from "right place at the right time" for initial clear to very rapid weekly improvement, we also only raided like 2-4 extra hours tops after reclears so i'm very happy with the results!!
