Enjoying all of these "commit to a front flip from another move" skills!
Did more double front flips on Tuesday... stopped after accidentally throwing a two and a half flip and smashing my face into a mat. I'll have videos of landing one of these proper soon.
In the mean time, here's me learning a vault handspring into front flip, which is an even cooler skill lol.

I have, yes, though it's one of those skills that comes and goes. Really gotta keep doing them consistently to retain the muscle memory and fitness. For now I'm focused more on landing front flips on solid ground, which are much harder to land. Then I'll get both of them solid and take them outside.
