This is voter suppression. This is a direct attack on Black voter freedoms. This is exactly how democracy gets dismantled!

The implications? Longer travel. Longer lines. More obstacles for students already balancing classes, work, and life.

How does this happen? County election boards control polling site locations. While they cite "logistical reasons," the pattern is clear: when Black students gain voting access, barriers quickly follow.

In 2004, NC A&T became one of the first college campuses in our state to host an early voting site, a milestone for student voter access. Now, county elections officials have removed it.
