Just received my new laptop. A Legion 5 Pro. Pretty darn pleased with it so far
Cyberpunk, maxed out, 1600p, no dip below 60fps (75avg, capped at 83 to prevent throttling). Even with RTX it can hold a steady 60 framerate

NO. Not in the colder climates that get snow.
The trees still shade in the winter, blocking the sun from melting the snow, thus they cause ice patches, or if near the woods, they cause prolonged snow and ice cover.
This causes ACCIDENTS and KILLS PEOPLE.
Cut the trees back from the roads.
