This is also what you get when someone pivots the project and adds features late on. The goal 4 represents that surprise goal. As you can see, it is a bad time reaching it. Sometimes saying 'no' is the best pathway.

This is a generative AI reliant development project. The mishapen blocks are the output. The red lines are the poor juniors trying to steer the beast and stoo everything falling down. They are not having a good time.

The problem is execs often only see this. The goals. Why is goal 4 not being met? Well, because we fucking hacked the shit out of the structure for goals 1,2 and 3. It's tech debt riddled and it cannot do 4 without a LOT of reworking.

Because the blocks in this project are broad, they can support additional features with relatively little development time and be stable-ish.
