I also work in clinic and I refer patients to that type of program and sometime it just doesn't fit with their needs or expectations, so what can we do to be better or more relevant.

As a pharmacist who work in a pain self management program, I would like to hear a resume of the answers or the mains ideas. It's important to know what we can do to improve accessibility.
