Possible, sure. But you wouldn’t expect councillors would dramatically change their votes based on a few relatively minor changes to the project 2 years after approving it.

There’s no fix. The project was approved in November 2023. Last couple years have been about refinements. www.cbc.ca/news/canada/...

Toronto’s list is surprisingly small, with only 20 players to sign. Have to think half or more re-sign prior to free agency. I’m sure Dinwiddie has his eye on a couple of them.
