Random Canadian guy.
The answer, as per Google's AI Overview? 'Yes, Google's Gemini can access and read your emails, as well as other Google Workspace data like Drive and Calendar, to provide answers and perform tasks, and this is often enabled by default.

@aliciataylor.bsky.social Was this for Saturday, October 25th or Saturday, November 1st?

The image doesn't show the date.

Are there any future dates for Lethbridge planned?

@govnb.bsky.social The Government of Nova Scotia follows the Government of New Brunswick via Bluesky.

As such, would it be possible for the Government to reciprocate by following the Government of New Brunswick?

As per where I live, the closest thing that Alberta has to a presence on Bluesky might be this account belonging to "Danielle Smith":
@daniellesmithab.bsky.social

Maybe X/Twitter works better than Bluesky for a premier hoping to sever ties between Alberta and the rest of Canada.

Whereas, now, they have a link for X/Twitter that links up to a selection of 4 Heritage-related X/Twitter accounts.

There was one linked-to X/Twitter account for the Department of Canadian Heritage -- back in January of this year.

Plus, there's a whole laundry list of other reasons to have reservations about X/Twitter. The Nazi salutes would be one that stands out. Albeit the rigged algorithms would stand out too.

The Dept of Cdn Heritage has a whopping 13.2 K posts via X/Twitter. One might hope that a Heritage Bluesky acct could get up and running and get at least a couple of dozen posts.

Albeit, if someone at Heritage can get Porto to work, there could be a lot more than a couple dozen posts via Bsky.

Yikes! Point out to a former NDP MP to update his profile and he blocks me!

I guess with social media, one might wonder if I might have been facetious about enjoying his retirement. (I wasn't trying to be.)

But I got blocked! For something as seemingly innocuous as that. :(

As per the Leaders' Debates Commission, their criterion (iii) states: '28 days before the date of the general election, the party has endorsed candidates in at least 90% of federal ridings.'

It might be worth noting, in passing, that the CBC has been set up to be 'producing, promoting and distributing' the English debate. As such, one might wonder whether a case of deliberately sloppy CBC reporting might be designed to stay in the LDC's good graces, at the Green Party's expense.

I also have a screenshot.

A Leaders' Debates Comm X/Twitter post from October of last year notes: 'The next leaders' debates (1 in FR & 1 in EN) will be free for media organizations to broadcast. The English debate will be ... CBC producing, promoting, & distributing it.'

After a few recommended people to follow, I have one other screenshot from X/Twitter.

Here are the three official criteria

The LDC's most recent tweet was one issued on April 11th. It related to media accreditation.

Not about a very last-minute disinvitation of one of the five attendees at a critical debate.

EmergencyInfoBC even lists its 'X (Twitter) at the top of its homepage, along with the bottom.

While EmergencyInfoBC would appear to also have presences on Facebook and Instagram, X/Twitter gets extra special attention
March 11, 2025 at 7:19 AM
It appears that BC is still honouring X/Twitter and its top owner, via government websites.

Work BC gives top recognition to X/Twitter, listing it first on the homepage.

I think that @charlieangus104.bsky.social got things right when he configured his account settings on X/Twitter, alongside his 'X-it,' per se, so that only those he follows or those mentioned can reply to his post.

As per Wes Davis of The Verge, Nov 17, 2024:
'They report that starting around July 13th, Musks’ posts received 138 percent more views and 238 percent more retweets than before that date.'
