Also! I had mini computers for communicating with customers! I’m sure these days they’d be replaced by iPads or cell phones or something but at the time I got to use a paired set of UbiDuos.
A small blue computer designed to sit on a counter or wherever space is available. It has a little green screen where words from the paired UbiDuo would appear as they were typed. It also has a normal keyboard similar to one found on a desktop computer.

Happy Belated Anniversary of the Great War!!

I promised I’d share the texts on my phone between myself and my mom regarding the Ticketmaster debacle, and I mean to deliver.

20. My ex once paid for a horse drawn carriage ride from Central Park to Penn Station. Not as romantic as it sounds - he spent the entire time talking to the driver and it was pretty scary being surrounded by cars in a carriage. But I did get this picture out of it.

If you’re ever in the Chicago area, highly recommend checking out The Catcade, a local cat rescue complete with arcade games. There’s a sign above this couch these two kitties were laying on that says “time spent with cats is never wasted.” Amen to that!
