This absolutely deflates me. I left Facebook in part because of the lack of any moderation of transphobia and other bigotry. What the fuck?
I had to block and report 4 people for harassment and transphobia just while going through my notifs after waking up. It wasn't this bad even just a week ago.
@safety.bsky.app and @aaron.bsky.team have basically told transphobes they're allowed to do this and it's destroying their platform.

One surefire way for me to know if I'm gonna be compatible with somebody is if they start calling me Daddy before we've even met. Girl you didn't even ask if I like being called Daddy (I don't). You also don't know me, which is the bigger problem here. We're not a match.

What's worked is finding someone who has a similar approach to care as I do. It's hard, though, to shift that mindset - to understand that I don't have to earn love through my service to others, that I am worthy of adoration and care simply because I exist as someone who is loved for who I am.
