I’m not an attorney but I agree with Ben. The language of the constitution is clear. The SCOTUS got it wrong. The GOP appointed, so-called “textualists” IMHO have been legislating from the bench.

Pete Hegseth's Mommy wants us to know that while all of her allegations against him were true when he was 37 years old, now as a big 44 year old boy he is a completely different person and none of those things are concerns anymore.
