Government is not benevolence. It has a long history, even under our constitution of betraying bodily autonomy. Government is not made benevolent but you assigning it moral authority to violate the constitution and force people to say what it wants.

This is about state compelled speech and a law targetting a religious group.

ALL income taxes are by definition a transfer of wealth. You aren't advocating to stop that. You just want to pick who the winners and losers are of government abuse.
