Because Spy tokens have Raid, they're not technically in color pie for Vigilance (which doesnt normally have access to that keyword). That also meant that the aspects could have different mechanical themes for variety

Not necessarily! We had 2 different unit tokens in Twilight of the Republic and I could definitely see that happening again

In a word, yes; she was designed and developed for draft (and sealed) primarily, so we needed her to be restrictive enough to make you adjust your draft decisions in new ways to optimize her #FFGStaff
