For me, this is like "Alumni Association"; if it were for dogs, it would be the Dog Association, or maybe the Dogs' Association, but not the Dogs Association.

So it's singular: Alumnus Association; or maybe possessive plural, but that would be Alumnorum Association.

Unfortunately you are missing the wider problem with this. Age verification creates a whole new issue of online security and safety. You are basicallu uploading your main sources of ID to unknown verification entities who could either be scammers themselves or get hacked by scammers.
