People often argue about whether billionaires are good people and the truth is I think capitalism self-selects for the shittiest people to rise to the top because so many people would do wonderful things to make the world a better place if they had the money, but our system does not select for them.
If I had Elon Musk's money I would become a light and tree evangelist. All my resources would be spent educating people on better lighting and making it happen in public spaces and planting fucking trees everywhere and creating trusts for arborists to maintain them

I think it's clear at this point that Microsoft's aggressive AI push is putting Windows security at risk because they've got so much money invested in this garbage that they're desperate to see it adopted.
I do this ish for a living, I am an AI developer and researcher, and *I* don’t fully understand the security implications. What hope do regular users have?
