This morning’s #BooksandBrews is Shadows Linger. I started the Black Company books before joining Arc Dream and they hooked me fast. The grim lore and sharp characters make me want to finish the whole series and crank up the hype for our upcoming playtest (very, very soon)!

Going old-school today: I printed out [REDACTED] for a full reread and markup session. Some of the ouroboros mechanics have evolved since the last draft, and that’s definitely going to shape a few design choices here. Honestly? I love this part of the process. #Gamedesign #TTRPG

For my fellow stout fans: tonight’s pick is Dogfish Head’s World Wide Stout. Just look at that ABV! Perfect pairing while I give Solasta: Crown of the Magister an honest try. Folks keep telling me it’s solid & the sequel looks good. I’m not the biggest 5E fan, but I’m open-minded. BG1 & BG2 4ever!
