I think the physical movements that go along with writing and reading play a part in processing. I read best when I can follow along with my finger (can’t do that on a touch screen!) and also I find my head and eyes move more with a book.

Yes, that too! I definitely remember things better when I’ve physically written them down.

I feel like it really varies when people eat. There doesn’t seem to be a standard time to me. It’s 1:30 now and we are almost ready to eat. But we did a super simple quick meal so not much cooking time needed.
