Fully funded? What nonsense. We could have lifted it then, just the same as we can now. The only thing thats changed is pressure and polls. “Borrow” to deliver? Borrow from whom? This is some elementary economic thinking here.

How are all those Labour politicians cheering for it?
They were literally whipped to vote for it and then the Prime Minister suspended those who didn't.
