You can string together lots of words that form somewhat nonsensical sentences using the Arabic sounding letters in fun way.

This is absolutely correct. There are people I follow who used to be at mainstream publications and left around 2020, and they have gotten progressively (non-politically) crazier the longer they are out of them.
