Definitely not a lethal donation, honest ;)

"Non lethal" :)
I'm sure there's plenty of coffee that needs to be drunk while building drones.

The Playground editor uses /gen/, so you can test things there chartopia.d12dev.com/playground/

I took a look and remembered why I didn't implement this (details for another time), but there is an alternative. If you use the /gen/ endpoint, you can use any Chartopia Domain Language code, and this will allow you to call the CHART macro or roll_chat function, which support setting a dice value

I've just pushed some changes that should make the public_id visible on both the editor page, and at the bottom right of chart view pages. You have to be logged in, and have created a Project in order to see them. I have a better solution in mind, but it's a non-trivial task.

Ah, yes. That’s a feature suggestion that has come up in the past. It’s definitely possible and I can imagine it being useful for other apps. I’ll see what I can do and let you know where I get.

Do you want to explicitly roll a 6, or want to know that the result was generated by rolling a 6? (I’m guessing to former)
September 7, 2025 at 8:10 PM
/roll/ will return the generated result from ‘rolling’ on that table or gen. What do you mean by rolled #?

Don't hesitate to DM if you need some assistance setting it up. Anything needing clarification is an opportunity to make my documentation better.

The reason for the change was to prevent data scraping, but this simple public_id change created a massive ripple effect. You've found one of the ripples :) I'll try and address it early next week.

You've found something I've completely overlooked. The auto-incrementing ID isn't supported, so you have to use the public ID, which is an 11 character ID that looks a bit like La9bRrm-e40, but I haven't made an easy way for you to know what that is! Your 90024 is 1W63l5DCL1O. Try that.

Let's be honest, who wasn't impressed by all those bombers being blown up.
