Made in Cyprus, c. 700 BCE. I don’t know the history of this specific pot - though I’m working on it! - but I’d guess dug up late 19th/early 20th century. Q is how did it get to the museum - theft is certainly one possibility, but there are others. Understanding histories informs what happens next.
