Labour said a lot in opposition and then did a full 180 when they came in to power. Labour were definitely not going to do this until they got frightened by the greens.

I feel this case is like rape cases in so much as misogyny in the courts make many of them fail and there’s a reason why so few actually get court. The courts are biased and its hard for the victims. In this case the child is strong and so was not “distressed enough” according to the judge.
