The first two probably aren't super heavy lifts at this point. We've made significant progress in understanding the immune system over the past decade. LLMs will play effectively zero role in this, but other ML/AI algorithms have been very useful. Progress will be made by scientists not tech CEOs.

Pretty much so all chronic illness is driven by the immune system. The vast majority of US MDs know effectively no immunology. It's not surprising that people are looking elsewhere. Unfortunately consumer AI also sucks at integrating complex immune system information.

They have been doing that for 2000 years. This is nothing new.

To be fair there is nothing covert about it.

We have been starting our neuroimmune axis patients on low doses and then working up if needed. Many have noticed improvements. Good luck with the trial!
