As a subsidiary of @teleperformance-gp.bsky.social, LLS is party to the Teleperformance-UNI Global Agreement on Social Responsibility, which affords workers the right to organize a union free of mgmt interference & intimidation. But the company is refusing to implement the agreement in the US.

CWA conducted a survey of more than one hundred interpreters employed by LLS that found 59% of respondents reported earning less than the San Francisco MCO-mandated wage, 26% reported earning less than the Los Angeles statutory living wage.

If they do not, we will hold them accountable at the ballot box and elect a Congress that understands that the health and well-being of working people is more important than the bottom line of billionaires.

CWA members will not give up on this fight. Health care coverage is a matter of life and death. We expect our elected representatives to extend the ACA subsidies before they expire at the end of this year.

While Republican leaders in the Senate have agreed to hold a vote on extending the subsidies they have not committed to supporting an extension. The expiration of these subsidies, along with cuts to Medicaid, will drive up insurance costs for all of us & destroy over half a million health care jobs.

In California, Prop 50 passed as a counter punch to anti-union Republicans' attempts to steal congressional seats across the country.

In Pennsylvania, we were able to hold on to 3 key state Supreme Court seats which are integral to protect collective bargaining & worker power.

In Virginia, CWA members worked hard to help win the governorship, the lieutenant governorship and attorney general race as well as picking up 13 seats in the House of Delegates.

In New Jersey, CWA-endorsed Mikie Sherrill trounced her opponent with a double digit victory. CWAers worked hard to get out the vote in this critical election.

In New York City, CWA's endorsed candidate, Zohran Mamdani, won a strong victory on a working class agenda!
