I hate when presumably well-meaning laws end up being pointless and annoying. It's all well and good to want people to be updated about privacy policy changes, but mother fucker, I get an different e-mail every day about this shit which is exactly zero times more useful than getting no e-mails.

Been stalled on my album because I stupidly decided to try some new things with mixing and mastering. Got the VSX headphones. New mastering tools. Recently went back to some things I was previously doing and finally making progress again. Mid-album was a bad time for change I think.

Our British Airways flight in September was delayed leading to us having to spend the night in London. When we landed at Heathrow, they had staff there with free hotel rooms ready to hand to us. Free dinner. Credit to spend at the airport. But if this ever happens to you, be suspicious.

The most annoying thing about them "fixing" the hemp loophole in the farm bill is that literally nothing bad happened from Delta-9 weed drinks suddenly being sold in random places around the country. But it potentially hurt the alcohol industry's profits, so it had to go. 🙄

On 9/11 I was alone in a house with no cable. Woke up, hungover, to a call from a friend saying, "The Twin Towers are gone!" Turned on the TV to just see static and a vague outline of a skyline. Was so confused and literally thought he was telling me they vanished in an alien attack or something.

Of course we went Aurora hunting out east the last two nights. Couldn't believe how bright it was at its peak. Less movement than 2024, but such vibrant colors.

We need to get our airport workers paid, yes, but as an example of how fear gets amplified online, here's someone telling everyone to be terrified because the TSA's carelessness led to them bringing an item on a plane that *checks TSA's website* she's allowed to have on a plane.

Driving home from the concert tonight, and east of Denver there's a fuckin' pillar of fire burning that's like the size of a skyscraper? We got home after driving south for like 12 miles and can still see it huge in the distance. What the fuck is this shit? I wish this picture did it justice...
