Idk why making friends as an adult is so difficult. My boyfriend has like two dozen of them, 18 people have RSVPd to his birthday party so far. I don’t even know 18 people anymore. Why is adulthood so lonely omg.

I am the older adult child that is awkward, antisocial, and therefore thinks her parents are two of her best and only friends. Meanwhile, my younger brother is president of his frat and has no issues making friends his own age.
