I don't talk about it enough, but I have a blog!

I mostly post book reviews for whatever I'm reading and throw up the occasional flash fiction. Feel free to check it out and subscribe.

I have come to the idea that we have to collectively, brutally, ritualistically kill Target just to show capital that we truly aren’t fucking around.

Not acknowledging World AIDS Day and engaging in COVID revisionism are straight from the eugenics playbook. One of the most effective ways of making people invisible is by erasing their history.

Finally divided up the leftovers from Thanksgiving into plates and I have dinner for the next 8 days. I put a chunk in the freezer, plated and covered, so I only need to thaw and reheat.

Reality-Based Leadership: Ditch The Drama, Restore Sanity to the Workplace, & Turn Excuses Into Results A book on business is far from my usual book of choice. I actually work in an office as part of my day job and supervise a team of six people. It's a lot of work, but I try to keep their goals easily achievable and let us be able to leave the work day without exhausting ourselves.

The other day a gas station tv tried to sell me cappuccino and mango flavored dip and I’ve never been more convinced that we’ve lost the mandate of heaven.
Little TV screens at the gas station pump blaring ads directly in your face as you spend $70 on a tank of gas is enough to radicalize a person

I want him to be so annoying that no contractors will touch it and when he does finally leave office there's still this massive demolished part of the white house. I want him to tear down more if it. I want him to go unhinged over this.

I recently mislabeled a vulture so here's how to tell Turkey and Black Vultures apart. The Turkey Vulture on the left has light colored feathers underneath its wings the whole way along. The Black Vulture on the right has light feathers only at the tips of its wings, like fingers.

An experiment I recommend is putting your phone on silent on the other side of a room, or in a different room, from wherever you're watching a movie.

Each time you feel that twitch to check your phone? That's not the movie's fault. It's because they got you hooked and stole your attention span.
Oh my god. She's 1000% right. This makes so much sense.

It is fun to see the characters reappear in other stories as you read and start to puzzle their lives together from the snap shots you get. I kept flipping back and forth through the pages to double check names to make sure I had the correct characters in mind.
