Somehow Qwen3 30B is 30% faster than Gemma 3 27B. Both Bartowski GGUF static quants. Gemma 3 at q5_k_l, Qwen3 at Q6_k_l. What the heck? How did they pull that off? Its reasoning is really good too.

Headed for #smmw25 first thing. I always take the first flight out - less turbulence (because cooler air has fewer turbulent currents) and fewer delays and cancellations since cascades of errors haven’t piled up yet. Does it mean getting up punishingly early? Yes. Is it worth it? Also yes.
