That should say, not abusing fixed term leases. In other words, the government is reassuring renters that they don't need strong tenant rights because more competition in the market will force landlords to treat you better.

While people vote (or not) for a candidate for many reasons, let’s not underestimate the power of the policies on offer or the grassroots ground game - they knocked on 3 million doors.

Sad. The budget has what looks like $150 for offsetting the cost for applicants to obtain the very inadequate Disability Tax Credit. There needed to be more for poverty reduction, but they admit to not making the 2030 targets.
