Tons of stuff like cancelled storylines and prototype character designs have a way of seeing the light of day at some point, even if they don't have official publications and are just shared on social media.

I'm so sorry you're going through this. My Twitter was hacked back in February and it took a month of me messaging them everyday to get it back.
Stay vigilant and make sure to reply to the automated email each time you submit a ticket.
