Being ill doesn't help but you may need to get your hands dirty, there looks like a bit of work in fixing/repainting etc.
Head to hammerbarn for a paint scraper, some sponges & things and a big bottle of bleach or home brand vinegar. You won't need to repaint to remove that mold.
