Have a night off, Jon. Your 'Howe Out' agenda is cringe. If people need a reminder, here's a refresher from almost a year ago. Yes, he's not perfect, and had a mare today, but suggesting we'll be in a relegation battle is laughable. Get some perspective.

Convinced this account is some kind of AI bot on beta mode, because it doesn't half spout a jetstream of bullshit.

But your other posts suggests you've already written him off before he's even signed. I've always found that an utterly weird trait for a footy fan. Thanks for the reminder - I found that button!

Brilliant, let's trust the expertise of 'CyberVillan' over a top-tier football manager. He's a perfect fit for Eddie Howe's tactics, an ambidextrous beast in a three-man midfield - which, coincidentally, is what we actually play. But, that wouldn't fit your Debbie Downer narrative, would it?

My advice? Take a step back, examine the facts from all angles, and reassess. I'd bet you'll end up with a completely different conclusion.

Your club is negotiating this deal like it's an item on Facebook Marketplace. Respect the sale value or walk away.

But he's a football manager and results are king in this business. Can't say I like it, but realistically, Isak's more likely to wear the black and white again this season than play for Liverpool or rot in the reserves at present.

I've never been more sure of anything in my life.

I'd say Andy Howe's taking on a Lee Charnley-style juggling act - scouting, CEO duties, sporting director, and content curation. Suppose he'll need something strong to keep afloat.

They're on the acid again.

Football fans are notoriously fickle though, aren't they? NUFC included. A few goals at The Gallowgate, some badge-kissing, and St. James' Park will be wrapped around his finger again. I wouldn't personally buy a ticket, but this will soon turn into an Isak farewell tour.

I think you mean Nepo Nephew.

Don't waste facts on this fella, Kev. He seems a little bit slow.

Mark, we've got 4 fit CMs and we're playing with 3, and 1 fit striker who's barely proven himself in the EPL. In what world does that make the squad stronger than before?
August 8, 2025 at 5:06 PM
Exactly my point. We're priced out due to wages, which is a PSR issue. And if you look at the rest of the league, outside the big six, no one's exactly blowing the doors off with signings. We're shopping with teams like Villa and it's telling that even they haven't landed a big-name signing yet.

Honest question and hoping I won't be lambasted as a silly, deluded c*n, but which non-top 6 clubs are impressing you with their transfers this window? Can't think of any myself. Not making excuses, just saying the market's been tough on us, which in itself is a PSR problem (wages).
