Trump's new "global security policy" shows open contempt for European nations, and a desire to replace their governments with right wing extremists with loyalty to the US. This would effectively make them vassal states of America. He sees Europe as a greater threat to his supremacy than China.

Trump has just won the first ever FIFA Peace Prize. Apparently he narrowly defeated Vladimir Putin, Kim Jong-un and Xi Jinping for the honour. This is just pathetic and embarrassing for all involved.

The people who developed the new Roboplanning for the NDIS, and took away appeal rights for funding slashes, are the same people who developed the Robodebt disaster. Instead of firing them, or holding them accountable, they were simply transferred from Centrelink to NDIS.

So it appears that NDIS recipients are no longer allowed to appeal to the Administrative Review Tribunal (formerly the AAT) when funding is reduced. And funding will be calculated by a computer, not by case officers. This could be Labor's Robodebt moment.

While Trump indulges himself by murdering innocent fishermen who he falsely claims are smuggling drugs into America, he has just pardoned ex-Honduran president Juan Orlando Hernández, who was sentenced to 45 years in prison for creating “a cocaine superhighway to the United States”.

The coalition state that they have no confidence that the social media ban will work under Labor. Most Australians appear to have no confidence that ANYTHING would work under the coalition.

So I have an Internet outage, which is apparently affecting large parts of Brisbane's Eastern suburbs. Optus says their computer shows no problem. Their solution is to hire a private technician at my own expense.

The big news for the MSM is that Labor supposedly have a leadership problem in Queensland. Have they looked at the Liberals federally and in every single state?

Chinese police have arrested at least one person for trying to organise a corruption inquiry into the Hong Kong fire, and have warned other would-be activists not to undermine the government in connection to the fire. It's very telling where their priorities lie.

I emailed my local Labor member, Kara Cook, about whether the Australian government was going to send assistance to Vietnam. Apparently DFAT sent $3 million 4 weeks ago, and they seemingly aren't going to offer other assistance for the more recent deadly floods. They need manpower, not money.

Iran has officially boycotted the FIFA World Cup, and other nations are reportedly mulling doing the same, because of Trump's ban on fans (and possibly athletes) travelling to the US for the event. Trump is sort of like the Casanova of politics: he fucks everything he touches.

I reckon politicians should apply the "GPS Theory." When you miss a turn, your GPS doesn't judge, it just recalculates. No matter how many detours you make, it keeps finding a way forward. Politics (and life) should be the same. Mistakes don't erase your destination; the route just changes.

US Senator and Astronaut Mark Kelly is rapidly becoming a very real prospect as next US President because of Trump's attacks and threats against him. Keep it going, Donny.
