Completely anecdotal evidence the #economy is no bueno - I'm staying at a hotel in Western MA that I've used for holiday trips for yrs. This AM was the first time all week there were more than 4 people at breakfast; even last night the parking lot was maybe 50% full. Far fewer people than last year.
